Ventilated bags are helpful to store, handle safely, and transport Potatoes, Onions, Beans, Grains, Nuts, and Wood Logs. The ventilated strips on the bags’ body allow the required airflow through the bag and prevent spoilage caused by moisture and mold build-up.
These bags are U.V. stabilized and can carry loads from 500kgs to 1500kgs easily. The airflow inside the bag is controlled through the number of vents on the bag’s body, and these bags can also have Net panels as an added feature to the bag.

UN FIBC Bags

U.N. Certified FIBC bags are made from Woven Polypropylene and may require P.E. liners inserted in the bags. UN FIBC bags need higher safety factors and robustness as these bags are used in extreme transportation conditions and carry Hazardous goods. Transportation, storage, and movements are regulated under the U.N. international standards to prevent any harm to the environment and any injury to all life forms.
U.N. bags are designed to carry different levels of Hazardous products, and there are four types of FIBCs made from woven polypropylene for dangerous goods:-

UN FIBC SUPER SACKS JUMBO BAGS

13 H 1 – Woven plastics without coating and liner.
13 H 2 – Woven plastics, coated and without liner.
13 H 3 – Woven plastics, uncoated and with liner.
13 H 4 – Woven plastics, coated and with liner.

U.N. Bags are classified based on the Hazard levels of material they carry. A U.N. bag must have the UN-Symbol based on the Hazard level of the material, and the table is as under:-

FIRE RETARDENT FIBC BAG
Fire/Flame Retardant FIBC –

The bags have been a part of the industry for some time now, the innovation of FIRE Retardant FIBC bags has helped many enterprises to curb their worries related to the protection of their properties, employees, and the material stored in the bags. The bags have high melting peaks of up to 168.39 degrees Celsius. Big pack Global can supply Fire retardant bags based on I.S. certifications under IS:15601 for flammability. These bags are available with different heating ranges from 35 degrees Celsius to 350 degrees Celsius. It allows the bags to be used in applications where the standards FIBC bags are not fit to be used, especially when the bag fabric will expand and can change on a molecular level.

Anti-Rodent / Rodent Replant FIBC Bags

The FIBCs can be exposed to rodents, insects, and pests during the bags’ transportation or storage stage. The infestations caused by rodents can cause the products’ deterioration, such as powdered substances filled inside the bags. It becomes essential for the bag users to curb the situation if they are prone to be exposed to such conditions. The bags are mainly used in the Dairy and Agriculture industries.
Big Pack Global can supply these bug-proof bags that can carry loads starting from 500kgs to 2200 kgs, from a single trip to a multi-trip bag range.

Biodegradable FIBC Bag
Biodegradable FIBC Bags:-

The FIBC bags are recyclable, but sometimes the bag could end up in landfills or in the oceans that could harm marine life. Customers who put environmental safety first have switched to Biodegradable bags to reduce the human footprint on the environment.

What is Biodegradable FIBC Fabric?
It is an organic additive produced from biodegradable properties that cause the plastic to biodegrade* through a series of chemical and biological processes in a landfill disposal environment.
The organic additive starts to degrade in the open air in landfills or an industrial composting plant by the action of living organisms, usually microbes, into the water, carbon dioxide, and biomass after a series of chemical reactions.
The additive is mixed with the fabric recipe, which is less than 1%, and it does not affect the working capacity of the FIBC bag unless it is exposed to a landfill environment for a certain period.

Why Biodegradable FIBC Bags?

Biodegradable plastic is an essential component for global sustainability. We must curb our negative footprints on the environment as plastic can last for hundreds of years in landfills and Oceans, endangering other life forms.

Best Alternative for Traditional FIBC bags

Tested & Proven

Safe to Use

  • The plastic is designed to start the biodegradation process.
  • Maintains the strength of the P.P.*.
  • As strong as non-treated P.P. Fabric.
  • Fabric is based on the ASTM test method
  • Help biodegrade* the fabric with microbes found in landfills.
  • An excellent option for those who care for the Planet
  • Biodegrades* only after going through a series of chemical and biological processes in a landfill disposal environment.
  • Special treatment is not required.

What is the Quality Control Procedure ?

The bags are produced with the same quality procedures as applied to any Standard FIBC bag made from Polypropylene. All the bags go through multiple quality checks to ensure the customer gets the right product.
